Valerie Lawson has throughout her career experienced the polar extremes of the beauty industry in Ghana; from the privileged, powerful & influential to those who lack access to opportunities, resources and knowledge to build their dreams and maximize their potential as beauty artists. She believes from her unique position, her role is to bridge this gap by leveraging all resources available to her through her experiences, networks and influence to achieve sustainable growth and development for beneficiaries under various projects.
No Poverty
Through our up-skilling project and other future projects, we aim to help eradicate poverty within our targeted communities.
Zero Hunger
Through our feeding and backyard farming initiatives, our efforts are to ensure that enough nutritious foods are available to our beneficiaries and their families.
Good Health & Wellbeing
A combination of our safeguarding policies and programs ensure good health and care of the human body and wellbeing ( a state characterised by health, happiness and prosperity) of our beneficiaries.
Quality Education
Between our upskilling projects and our library & reading project, we promote and support the acquisition of skills, knowledge, and change of negative belief systems; with the aim of changing lives and impacting mindsets for self-growth & development.
Decent Work & Economic Growth
We provide opportunities for our beneficiaries to have access to work that is productive and delivers a fair income, security in the workplace, social protection for families, better prospects for personal development and social integration.
