Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation: To reserve an artist for a makeup session a 100% payment is required. 2. Advance Notice: We recommend booking our service at least 1 week in advance to  ensure availability and proper planning.   3. Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.  4. Location: Makeup is done at client's location of choice. 5.  Cancellation Policy: Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 100% loss of payment as a cancellation fee. 6. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours before the original booking without incurring additional charges, but must first ensure the new date and time is available for booking.
